Out of hours Emergency Support

Northmode operate an ‘out of hours’ service outside the hours of 9.00am-5.00pm, Mon – Fri for our managed properties.

If there is an emergency outside of our office hours, please telephone 0800 138 8025

Please note that this service is available for emergencies only. If you are a leaseholder and have an emergency within your leasehold flat, you will need to appoint your own contractor.

If you have a fire or any other serious emergency which is a threat to life or property, call 999 immediately

If you can smell gas, call 0800 111 999 immediately

Please note: You should only contact the ‘out of hours’ service in a genuine emergency.

If the call out is deemed not to have been necessary or warranted then you may be liable for the call out charge.
